BESS-Market provides a digital platform for project qualification, supplier discovery and partner matching. We are a matching and information service — not a project developer, EPC contractor, technology supplier or financial advisor.

3. No Investment Advice

All information provided on BESS-Market, including the Project Readiness Score, CAPEX indications and revenue model suggestions, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, legal or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes
• You may not scrape, copy or redistribute platform content without permission

5. Supplier Listings

Supplier profiles are based on information provided by the suppliers themselves or third-party sources. BESS-Market verifies certain data points but does not guarantee the accuracy of all claims. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

BESS-Market is not liable for the outcome of any project, transaction or relationship formed through the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of BESS-Market.
